Welcome to FocusFlow Pomodoro ("FocusFlow," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the FocusFlow mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

The App and all its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, code, text, displays, graphics, photographs, video, audio, design, and the selection and arrangement thereof) are owned by FocusFlow, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The FocusFlow name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of FocusFlow. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
FocusFlow is provided completely free of charge. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, premium features, or hidden fees. The App is free to download and use in perpetuity. We reserve the right to:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FOCUSFLOW, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Currently, FocusFlow does not integrate with or link to third-party services. If we add such integrations in the future, we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
FocusFlow is available for iOS and Android devices. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining compatible devices and software required to access and use the App, including:
We do not guarantee the App will work on all devices or operating system versions.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Since the App operates locally on your device without accounts, termination would involve ceasing to provide updates or support.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect through an App Store update or notification within the App.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FocusFlow regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
