Currently, SomethinGüd does not integrate with or link to third-party services. If we add such integrations in the future, we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
SomethinGüd is available for iOS devices. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining compatible devices and software required to access and use the App:
We do not guarantee the App will work on all devices or operating system versions.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Since the App operates locally on your device without accounts, termination would involve ceasing to provide updates or support.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
SomethinGüd is controlled and operated from the United States. We make no representations that the App is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the App from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect through an App Store update or notification within the App.
By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SomethinGüd regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
